Before the start of class

We will refund 100% of your tuition, or issue you a credit:
1. In the event that your course is cancelled due to low enrollment.
2. If the course you registered for has reached maximum capacity, we will place your name on a waiting list and refund your money.
3. If you withdraw from a class at least 1 full week in advance of the starting time, we will refund 100% of your tuition, or issue you a 100% credit which may be used for any course for up to 1 year.
We will refund 80% of your tuition, or issue you a credit:
If you withdraw from a class at least 2 business days (48 hours) in advance of the starting time. You will receive a refund of 80% of your tuition, or be issued an 80% credit which may be used for any course up to 1 year.


On or after the first day of class

1. You may transfer to any other class offered during the term if it is a better night or suits your playing level better with permission from TDC provided that there is space available in the class you wish to transfer into. No refunds are given for price differences if you transfer to a class with a lower tuition, but the price difference can be applied to another class or workshop in the same term. If you transfer to a more expensive class, we will apply $20 per session for the remainder of the original class period to the tuition for the new class. 
2. We regret that no refunds or credits can be granted on or after the starting date of your class.
3. No refunds or credits are given for rescheduled classes.
4. Make-up Classes are available but limited to the current semester. For example, if you miss an Intermediate Class you may come to a Beyond Class or Advanced Class during that semester which may mean coming to two classes in one week. Or you may come to a weekend workshop as a great bonus!



Be aware that if we don't get a minumum of students enrolled. your class may not run. Please make sure you register online, by phone, in person or US Mail when you decide which class is right for you, or you may be disappointed that the class will not run. This often happens because students wait till the last minute to decide to actually register. If you want your class to run, show your interest and... Enroll today!



During the Summer we may hold some classes outside at The Charles River. On the day of class, we often are faced with making a last minute decision whether the class will be held outside even with a rain possibility, inside (at the shop - DrumConnection) or we may need to cancel for some reason. If you are registered for a Summer Drum Class we ask that you call 781-316-8068 at or after 5pm on the night of class to be sure of the status of class. Thanks!



If public schools are closed due to inclement weather during the daytime there will be no adult classes that evening. If weather conditions become severe late in the day, cancellations may be announced over local radio stations and a message will be posted on our phone system. 781-316-8068 Or you may check our DrumConnection Homepage in the UPDATE BOX! We will also attempt to send an email to the class if we are in the office. It is the students responsibility to check the status of a class in questionable weather. All decisions on class cancelations are made by 5PM on the day of class and often, sooner.


Classes will be rescheduled at a later date, usually the next week.
